For OS/2, Styler/2 and the 'lite' version, eStyler (part of eComStation), allow one to define the left and right Windows keys and the Windows Menu key.

If you pick a suitable keyboard definition, the right-hand Alt key becomes AltGr.

I don't know about any special markings on the function keys, except on special keyboards designed to work with dedicated terminals.

Lots of x86 keyboards now have special markings on the keys F1-F12. 'Help' is usually on F1, f'rexample.
