specs for a minimum web browsing linux machine

Hi group, I am setting up my new place with a designated computer with my mp3 library on it with xmms and xmms-control which allows control of xmms via the web in conjunction w/ apache. I was curious as to what specs I would need to run a minimal redhat box designated simply to access the web to access my mp3 library. What do you guys think?
