How can I remove items from KDE's QuickStart menu? I've tried grepping for the item in my entire home directory, but to no avail. Where is the list stored? TIA for any help!

What exactly do you mean when you say 'KDE QuickStart menu'? If you mean the K menu on the taskbar, you can right-click on the K and select 'menu editor', which will let you do a lot of things to that menu. If this QuickStart menu is a separate KDE application, what's the name of this application? Which version of which distro are you using?

I'm using Redhat 9.0. By QuickStart menu, I am referring to the list at the top of the K menu that has either your most recently used or most frequently used applications. This can be accessed by going to 'Configure Panel...' when right-clicking on the panel and choosing the 'Menu' tab of 'Layout'. It lets you choose between most recently used and most frequently used, as well as the number of apps listed.

Thanks for the help!
