There just ain't no stopping these guys:

'reasonable efforts' meaning a website located in Aserbaidschan running on a computer with a flaky power supply, using an instable telephone line with a 300 Bd Acoustic coupler. The 'server' naturally runs on MS latest and greatest, Win95 first edition. And the only drive is 98% full

'reasonable' by MS definition of reasonable? I had enough when I got sick of 'tech support' by MS definition of 'tech support'
