Hi,

I am having a problem whenever I minimize the application, it doesn't show at my panel. I have to re-launch a new copy. I believe the old copy still resides in the system but I just couldn't use it. I am using RH9.

Which window manager and file manager?

What do you mean by window manager and file manager? It just went missing at the panel that's all. When I shutdown, those application appears before the PC shutdown. What could be wrong?

If you don't know which window manager you're using, that would be the GNOME deskop then if you're using RH9

I guess you've just happened to delete the window list applet from the panel. Add a new one (right click an empty area on the panel, then Add to panel -> Utilities -> Window list).

Right on, kid deleted some of my setting and now I tried to recover as much as possible.
