hi, how do i use SMTP:net to send mail from apache or php ?

i heard its an alternative if you would not use sendmail.

can SMTP:net work ?

what are the requirements before it can work ?

whats the syntax ?

Google can't find anything for 'SMTP:net'. Do you mean the perl module Net:MTP?

On the above assumption, yes Net:MTP can work provided you use it correctly. Otherwise it wouldn't be an available perl module.

Primarily, that you read the documentation supplied with it, including its examples. http://search.cpan.org/author/GBARR/libnet-1.12/Net/ SMTP.pm
